01 //Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Attic to Basement Pest Control (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a family-owned, licensed & insured pest management business based in Durham, NC, serving the Triangle area of North Carolina, as well as your use of our website.

By requesting an inspection, booking service, approving an estimate, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

02 //Services

Attic to Basement Pest Control provides professional residential and commercial pest defense, including:

• Pest Control
• Mosquito Control
• Entry Point Treatments

The exact scope of work, target pests, application methods, and treatment boundaries for any property are confirmed directly with the customer during the property inspection and documented in your service quote or work agreement.

03 //Quotes and Free Inspections

We offer free initial property inspections to assess pest activity, conditions that may attract pests, and treatment requirements. Following an inspection, we provide a written or electronic quote outlining recommended treatments and associated costs.

Quotes remain valid for the period specified on the estimate or for thirty (30) days from issuance, unless otherwise noted. Additional treatments or minor exclusion work outside the original quote require mutual agreement before commencement.

04 //Scheduling and Access

To perform inspections and treatments effectively, the customer agrees to grant Attic to Basement Pest Control authorized personnel safe and reasonable access to the interior and exterior of the property, including attics, crawlspaces, yards, perimeter boundaries, and basements as required by the agreed service scope.

If access is obstructed, locked, or unsafe at the scheduled service window, service may need to be rescheduled, and trip charges may apply if advance notice was not provided.

05 //Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the initial treatment or according to the billing schedule outlined in your specific service plan or invoice. We accept standard payment methods as communicated during quote approval or invoicing.

Balances unpaid after the due date may be subject to reasonable late fees or collection actions permitted under North Carolina law. Continued recurring services may be suspended until outstanding balances are resolved.

06 //Customer Responsibilities

Customer cooperation is essential for safe, compliant, and lasting pest defense. You agree to:

• Follow all preparation, post-treatment, and safety instructions provided by our technicians prior to and following any application.
• Keep domestic pets, children, and unauthorized occupants away from active treatment zones during and after application for any drying or re-entry time specified by the technician.
• Disclose any known hazardous materials, structural defects, electrical risks, or water leaks in the treatment areas before work begins.

07 //Service Plans

Recurring protection plans operate per the plan description, treatment frequency, and terms agreed upon with the customer at enrollment. Recurring visits include perimeter treatments and inspection of key entry points on a regular cadence.

Customers may modify or cancel a recurring plan in accordance with the notice provisions set forth in their plan agreement by contacting our team via phone or email prior to the next scheduled service date.

08 //Limitation of Liability

Attic to Basement Pest Control performs all services in accordance with standard pest control practices and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from or related to any inspection, treatment, minor exclusion work, or website use shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer for the specific service from which the claim arose.

We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, hidden infestations inaccessible during inspection, or damages resulting from a customer’s failure to adhere to technician safety or preparation instructions.

09 //Website Use

All text, graphics, logos, and materials published on this website are the property of Attic to Basement Pest Control or its content licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access our website solely for legitimate informational and service-booking purposes. Unauthorized attempts to alter site content, compromise system integrity, or collect user data without authorization are strictly prohibited.

10 //Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our operational procedures, legal mandates, or business services. Any updates will be posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” notation. Your continued engagement with our services or website following any update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service, all service agreements, and any disputes arising under or related to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
